Warranties
Important information

We are factory-authorised with many appliance brands. Most high-end warranty calls need to come to us directly from the manufacturer in order for you to avoid being personally invoiced. When this is not the case, you will need to procure a warranty claim number/case number before our services are enlisted. We are not responsible for filing warranty claims on the clients' behalf.

For companies with whom we are not factory-authorised, you may be able to procure a warranty repair by us by contacting the distributor or showroom from which you purchased the appliance.

We do not perform work for home warranty services (Old Republic, American Home Shield, et cetera).

For residential homes we warranty parts and labour for one year from date of installation. We do not warrant any parts (or affiliated labour) which we do not provide/procure.

We do not warranty parts in rental homes due to the substantially increased wear and tear (read: abuse) which they receive. However, if parts which we replaced fail within a year of installation, we will replace the part at cost (i.e. no markup) as a professional courtesy.

Our warranties do not extend to parts failures which are the result of outside circumstances (misuse, damages, power surges, other failed parts, et cetera) and applies only to defective parts.
